Pricing, lead times, and procurement
How much do the trainers cost?
Arm trainer: $2,000. Leg trainer: $3,000. Replacement wound block: $150 each.
What's the difference between the arm and leg trainer?
Both ship with 3 wound blocks, a hand pump, and a 1-year warranty. The arm includes bullet entry, bullet exit, and gash wound blocks. The leg includes bullet entry, bullet exit, and a large shrapnel/puncture block.
How long is the lead time?
Every unit is made to order. Orders of roughly 10 units or fewer ship in 2–3 weeks. Larger orders are quoted with exact lead times case by case.
Is there volume pricing?
Orders of 10 or more units qualify for volume pricing, quoted directly.
What's the warranty?
1-year warranty on both trainers.
What are the payment terms?
Purchasing runs quote → invoice. Terms are Net 30. Purchase orders are accepted from government and institutional buyers.
Can you provide a sole-source justification letter?
Yes. A sole-source justification letter is prepared and ready on request, along with a W-9, capability statement, and a product overview PDF. Request via the quote form or by email.
